16" by 14", Acrylic paint on Matte Board for texture.
This painting was done in a Van Gogh-Esque style, of impressionism. The colors flow smoothly together and create a serene feeling in the viewer. Unlike most paintings, this one was painted in a special way. I experimented with using new "brushes". In this case I used a modern day...fork. Strange, yet interesting. It gave a nice texture, and really challenged me to create with an everyday utensil. Very interesting conversation piece that can easily be matted for display in any room.
